Due to limited park capacity, special events taking place at the venues below are typically scheduled after park hours. Park picnic pavilions are first-come, first-serve and cannot be rented.

Outdoor Venues

RIVERBOAT - UP TO 30 Guests

Welcome aboard! Your group can rent out our tour boat for private events and enjoy your outing on the water. This venue is perfect for establishing an enticing environment for a captive audience.

THE WATERFALL - UP TO 35 GUESTS

This enchanted venue, tucked away in the back of the park, is perfect for intimate gatherings. Lush vegetation surrounds a shaded gazebo. A peaceful, spring-fed waterfall provides an optimal backdrop for your event or ceremony.

LAGOON OVERLOOK - UP TO 40 GUESTS

Overlooking Buccaneer Bay, this large deck is a fun, nautical locale for your next group event.

SPRING OVERLOOK - UP TO 150 GUESTS

The overlook area by the head of Weeki Wachee springs is ideal for large groups and features covered pergola space.

PARK ENTRANCE - UP TO 200 GUESTS

After Hour Events Only
Your group can enjoy milling around the fountain in Weeki Wachee’s large entrance area during your next event.

DISCOVERY THEATER - UP TO 250 GUESTS

Located in the back of the park and featuring stadium-style seating, this large grassy area is great for big group gatherings.

This large grassy landscaped area in the center of the park is well suited for events of all sizes.

THE CORAL ROOM - UP TO 150 GUESTS

The Coral Room is the largest indoor banquet area on the property. It offers a wide variety of setup options and has a large central area that may be used as a dance floor.

UNDERWATER MERMAID THEATER - UP TO 400 GUESTS

There is nothing more magical than holding your event under the crystal clear water of Weeki Wachee Springs! The Newton Perry Theater sits on the edge of the spring head and provides breathtaking views into the aquatic world. The theater is equipped with stadium-style seating and a raised center stage.

MERMAID GALLEY - UP TO 100 GUESTS

The Mermaid Galley restaurant is ideal for smaller groups. Recently renovated, the Mermaid Galley can be rented out for your private event and features additional outdoor seating around the building.
