TERRAIN

• Sidewalks and Pathways: Most walkways throughout the park are made of cement. Surfaces are level and navigable for mobility devices.
• Public Areas: All public areas within the park are fully accessible.
• Doors: Exterior building doorways are not automated.
• Parking: The main parking lot is paved with cement and tar. There are 10 accessible parking spots, located approximately 20 yards from the entrance.
• Flooring: Indoor facilities feature linoleum flooring for smooth, wheelchair-friendly access.

ACTIVITIES

• Trails: There are no designated walking or nature trails at this location.
• Docks: Docks are floating and do not have railings.
• Boat Tours:
  • Partial shade is available on boats.
  • Wheelchair assistance is available.
• Boat Rentals:
  • ADA-compliant launch available.
  • Assistance is provided on-site.
  • Launch path includes a paved roadway that leads to a padded kayak launch area.
• Waterpark & Swimming Area:
  • Features a shallow entry area.
  • A wheeled assistive chair with side floats is available to help guests into the water.
• Tubing:
  • Tubes are open-bottom (no enclosed seats).
  • Staff assistance is available for those who need it.
• Mermaid Theater: Fully wheelchair accessible.

FOOD & DINING

• All food and beverage areas are wheelchair accessible.
• Dietary accommodations include:
  • Gluten-free options
  • Vegan and vegetarian choices

BATHROOMS

• Wheelchair-accessible stalls are ADA compliant.
• Each accessible stall includes railings near the toilet.
• Two main bathroom locations:
  • Near the Mermaid Galley
  • Attached to the Gift Locker building
• Temporary Note: The Buccaneer Bay area is currently using portable toilets while a new restroom facility is under construction.
