Code of Conduct

  • I agree not to voluntarily leave my boat when paddling as this causes erosion to the river banks.
  • I agree to be respectful of other boaters, the environment, the Company’s staff and wildlife.
  • I agree not to harass or touch any wildlife especially Manatees.
  • I will not enter private property, including docks and yards.
  • I agree to keep paddling and only stop for a short amount of time if needed. This is very important to keep the river clean, enjoyable and to reduce congestion.
  • I agree to take all trash with me and any other trash I can to help keep the river clean.

Cancellation Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we will consider your reservation as canceled with no refund. It is absolutely crucial you arrive on time as we have a State enforced limit of 70 boat launches per hour, which we cannot go over. If you miss your reservation we will try to reschedule, however it might not be the same day as there is high demand between April and September.

Bad Weather

If weather forces us to close we will try to re-book your reservation for another day. If you cannot re-book we will be more than happy to refund your reservation.
